From poultry to butcher, butcher to cheese maker, from vegetable producer to fruit producer, all come from local or regional terroir.
Jean-Pierre invites you to discover Mediterranean flavors unsuspected, unique and original, mixing exquisite recipes from Languedoc to that of Occitania, dotted according to the seasons of aromatic herbs from the garden such as thyme, rosemary, tarragon , laurel or basil.

Price of our table d'hôtes: 37 € per person including: 1 aperitif (fluffy white or rosé Languedoc) starter, main course, cheese, dessert, accompanied by Languedoc wine at discretion and water in a carafe. During the evening Plancha, grilled vegetables and dessert. If you wish bottled wine or plain or sparkling mineral water during the meal, you will be charged a supplement.
